Basically these are all terms used to identify quality of a movie/video. Quality of a video usually depends on the pixel content per inch. Higher the pixels (dots) higher the quality and vice versa. Now let us peep into each of these terms more descriptively.
BD/BRrip
BD = BluRay Disk
BRrip = BluRay release rip
This is by far the best quality video currently available. Comes in 1080p and 720p. These Blu-ray rips require special Blu-Ray players to watch it on TV and special burners to burn them. They're still pretty expensive compared to the other versions. But it's guaranteed to provide crystal clear audio and video experience.
Lesser quality than a DVDrip since it's ripped from usually a VHS tape. These tapes are released prior to theaters for promotional purposes. Sometimes audio and video maybe be out of sync and sometimes audio maybe inaudible. Video maybe blurry.
A copy done with a digital video camera at the theater. Usually bad quality except for some little improvement of audio than a CAM rip. The audio is externally inserted.

DVDrip
This is basically a copy of the final DVD release of the movie. This is not as great as BRrip but still gives us a very good clear audio and video experience.

DVDscr
DVDscr = DVD Screen
Lesser quality than a DVDrip since it's ripped from usually a VHS tape. These tapes are released prior to theaters for promotional purposes. Sometimes audio and video maybe be out of sync and sometimes audio maybe inaudible. Video maybe blurry.

TS
TS = Telesync
A copy done with a digital video camera at the theater. Usually bad quality except for some little improvement of audio than a CAM rip. The audio is externally inserted.

CAM
This is purely recorded by a digital camera at a theater or home. Very poor quality. Video maybe affected by poor angel, surrounding sounds and shakes etc.
